Export produces a JSON bundle plus a standalone verifier HTML for offline auditing.

🔄 Re-index Documents

Re-segment your documents using the current multi-pass segmentation pipeline. Existing documents were chunked by the previous segmenter; re-indexing produces chunks closer to what fresh uploads receive. Note: re-indexing operates on stored chunks (not the original file); for the highest-quality result, re-upload the document instead.

Each re-indexed document emits one document_reindex entry in the audit trail.
